The beans that produce this coffee grow in the North West of Uganda, West Nile region, about 1700 meters above sea level. Saro means Pearl, got its name from the uniqueness where this coffee grows; in the highland mountains where the Nile cascades in white flasks of water into the lake Albert. Saro is our Organic Ugandan single origin, naturally processed and lightly roasted.
This coffee has been certified as organic since 2003. It is recognised internationally for its great quality, which indicates a strong track record. It’s now offered on the market in environmentally friendly recycled bags.
Specification: milk chocolate with rich mandarin citrus on creamy toffee finish.
